1st: Twitter @DavidDamron | I'm always busy doing something, but a quick 140 character reply is doable throughout the day. Hit me up on Twitter and i'll try to get back to you within the day.

2nd: Facebook (click here) | Facebook sucks, but I know you nuts love the damn place so I make it a priority to check daily. Hit me up here if you have something you need to ask and Twitter is too short.

3rd: Email to David@BecomeaBeast.com | Email is the last resort to get in contact with me. I'll be honest. I'm super-slow at responding via email. It could take a day or a week or maybe longer depending on how much Little Beast is keeping me from sleeping and what not. I'm setting your expectations low so you don't hate me with a passion when a reply takes until 2017.
