Shoulder exercises are critical to not only looking like a complete badass. They are also essential towards our balance and necessary strength for being active (i.e. picking something up, pushing a door open). If our shoulders are weak, it drastically effects the rest of our body. So today, we tackle shoulder exercises per the request of Become a Beast reader Caleb Wojcik.
