In episode 39 of The Become a Beast Podcast, I discuss the struggles I faced in working out for 365 straight days. We discuss the toughest parts to taking on this challenge along with the best parts to accomplishment the feat of working out every day of the year.
You can take on the 365 day challenge, but I suggest starting with a much smaller streak (i.e. 14 days or 90 days) and building from there. Taking on the working out every single day challenge is quite the beast to start with.
