Paralysis by analysis. That’s a popular phrase that I constantly remind myself of. Why? I often complicate or overthink the things i least want to do.
The same applies to eating healthy.

Meeting our baseline for things like vegetable intake is painless with the two described approaches. Eating vegetables seems to be the demise of many healthy desires, yet doesn’t have to be at all no matter how someone hates vegetables.
