Most people think that dominated the gym is the way to get abs. However, it’s the diet that can bring about the greatest success. My results are proof of it. I focused 70% of my efforts on dietary focus and eventually got a six-pack. No, it didn’t happen overnight and it took a lot of effort, but it happened and you can too.
